Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide. 

  • Order processing times. Delivery takes approx 4-5 working days. If there is a delay with your order please note will we contact you. If you should have any changes or updates to your order please contact us immediately on 042 9377 094

  • Larger orders are available nationwide (Ireland & Northern Ireland). Please contact us for a quote on larger orders.

  • Shipping costs: Delivery is €60 per tonne (per pallet) delivered to anywhere in Ireland.

  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected we will be in contact. It is important you provide a contact number that we can reach you on.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact form or call us on 042 9377 094.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a suitable time to send a courier to pick up the pallet(s). It is important you ensure you are at home at the time specified so the courier can uplift the items. The courier may ring you an hour beforehand.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
